Doha: Croatia won the third position after defeating Morocco in the FIFA World Cup.

In the play-off for third place played at the Khalifa International Stadium, Croatia defeated Morocco by 2 goals to 1 to secure the third position.

On behalf of Croatia, Josko Guerdeul gave the team the lead in the seventh minute, which was equalized by Morocco’s Ashraf Dari in the ninth minute.

In the 42nd minute, Mislav Orcic scored the second goal to give Croatia the lead once again, which Morocco could not equalize until the end of the match.
