Cristiano Ronaldo, the six-time Ballon d’Or winner, made his debut for his new club, Al-Nassr, on Saturday. He starred in the game, which ended in a 1-0 win against Ettifaq FC. Due to an FA ban carrying over from his previous club, Ronaldo’s debut was delayed.

The anticipation for his first game with his new team was high. Unlike his previous team, Manchester United, Ronaldo was immediately given the captain’s armband.

The manager, Rudi Garcia, made the decision to give the captain’s armband to Ronaldo, which resulted in Abdullah Madu, a club legend who has won three Saudi Pro League titles, losing out.

However, Madu did not appear to have any ill feelings towards Ronaldo and even sent him a positive message after the match.
