In addition to their domestic success, Al Nassr FC has also won several international trophies, including the AFC Champions League in 1998 and the Asian Cup Winners’ Cup in 1997.
The team has had many notable players over the years, including Mohammad Al-Deayea, the goalkeeper who holds the world record for the most international appearances with 181 caps for the Saudi Arabian national team. Other notable players include Saudi Arabian striker Sami Al-Jaber and Brazilian forward Léo Bonatini.
